Domain registration and renewal fees are generally non-refundable after registration or renewal because registrar fees are paid to third parties. Availability and eligibility depend on the applicable registry.

2. Hosting Services

If ZinkHost offers a refund window for a specific hosting product, the applicable product offer will state that period and conditions. Setup fees, consumed resources or excluded services may not be refundable.

3. VPS Services

VPS services are provisioned resources. Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the specific VPS plan and offer selected at purchase.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, contact support with the relevant invoice details so the payment can be reviewed.

5. Abuse & Violations

Refunds may be declined where a service was suspended or terminated because of fraud, abuse, illegal activity or material violation of the service terms.

6. Requesting a Refund

Submit a support request with your account email, invoice/order number and reason. Approval is subject to the applicable product terms.
