1. Uptime Commitment

ZinkHost targets 99.9% monthly uptime for eligible hosting services. Uptime is measured against the total minutes in a calendar month and applies when the hosting infrastructure is operational.

Exclusions: scheduled maintenance announced in advance, force majeure events, DNS propagation delays, third-party outages, customer-side configuration issues and interruptions outside ZinkHost’s reasonable control.

2. Service Credits

If the monthly uptime commitment is not met because of an eligible ZinkHost service interruption, an eligible customer may request a service credit.

99.0% – 99.89%10% of monthly fee
95.0% – 98.99%25% of monthly fee
Below 95.0%50% of monthly fee
Credits are applied to the customer account and are not paid as cash refunds.

3. Support Response Targets

Response targets indicate when our team aims to acknowledge a support request. They are not a guarantee that the issue will be fully resolved within that period.

Critical · Service outageTarget: 15 min
High · Major degradationTarget: 1 hour
Medium · Non-critical issueTarget: 4 hours
Low · General requestTarget: 24 hours

4. Infrastructure & Network

ZinkHost operates modern hosting infrastructure designed for reliability, performance and redundancy. Services may use NVMe storage, redundant power, network redundancy and monitoring appropriate to the selected plan.

  • Infrastructure monitoring and service health checks
  • Redundant systems where available for the selected service
  • Planned maintenance communicated when practical
  • Network and platform maintenance handled by ZinkHost or its infrastructure providers

5. Backup & Data Responsibility

Where backups are included with a hosting plan, they are provided as an additional recovery measure and not as a replacement for the customer's own backups.

Customers remain responsible for maintaining important copies of their website files, databases and business data.

6. Requesting an SLA Credit

To request a service credit, submit a support ticket from your ZinkHost Client Portal within 30 days of the relevant incident.

  • Your ZinkHost account or domain
  • Date and approximate time of the incident
  • Description of the service interruption
  • Relevant error messages, logs or screenshots

7. Eligibility & Limitations

SLA credits are subject to the applicable service terms and this agreement. Credits do not apply to services, incidents or circumstances specifically excluded from the uptime commitment. ZinkHost may review monitoring records and service logs before approving a credit request.

Nothing in this SLA limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
